Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research (ACECR) Mashhad Branch (Khorasan Razavi Province) Vice Chancellery for Research & Technology ACECR is a non-governmental academic center which was established in 1980 to promote research technology, education and culture, and produce job opportunities according to the requirements of the country. Research is one of the main organizational missions of ACECR and it had played a very important role in the structure of its activities from the beginning of the foundation of this institution after the Islamic Revolution.
